Raw Dino accepts the following payments methods for payments made online: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmericanExpress, Diners Club, and JCB.
Cancellations, Returns & Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item Raw Dino will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed from the time we receive and inspect the returned order.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
Raw Dino will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
Frozen products that have reached temperatures above freezing after the delivery was made, are not eligible for a returned for any reason.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
Any applicable refunds will be done using the same method the customer used for the purchase and funds will sent to the original account that was used for the purchase.

Order Cancellations
Raw Dino may cancel any order at any time.
Customer may cancel their order with proper notice.
All custom meal orders may not get a full refund. The order will be review on individual bases by Raw Dino.
If the order has shipped prior to the cancellation, customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the item. In come cases additional restocking fees may apply.
In some cases, some orders may not be refundable.
Shipping and Returns
Raw Dino uses in house delivery drivers and 3rd party currier/shipping services to deliver its products. The total shipping costs will be calculated at check out based on but not limited to: weight and size of the item and destination location.
Raw Dino will try to deliver the ordered items to its best abilities to the provided address on or by the date noted at checkout.
Some items may not be available for shipment.
Unless otherwise communicated directly to the customer, purchased items will not be shipped until payment has processed and cleared and shipping address has been verified.
Some customers may receive additional notifications via email, SMS/text message, or phone call regarding but not limited to: shipment, order status, delays, back orders, and cancellations.
